Fariz Ahmadov
Born 15 December 1983 in Baku, Azerbaijan

He studied scriptwriting at Azerbaijan State University of Art and Culture (2001-2005 ) and film direction at VGIK - Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after S. Gerasimov (2010–2012). He was also a participant of several production, direction and scriptwriting master classes in Germany, Georgia, Iran, Russia and Serbia.

Jury member and participant of different festivals and events: Rosht International Film Festival» Iran, Teheran ; Training on project and script development for South Caucasian Films (held by Independent Filmmakers’ Association – South Caucasia. IFA-SC) in 2008, participant of Berlinale Talant Campus and Jury member of «START International Film Festival» Baku, Azerbaijan(2009).

His films took a part in more than 40 prestigious festivals around the world and won many awards on more than 30 international film festivals, among others:

Konrad Aksinowicz
Born in 1978 in Wrocław. In 1998 he Left Poland for Sydney, where he was awarded a scholarship to study at the School of Visual Arts Australia, and then he studies at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS). While specialising in direction and script concepts, he attended a course by Robert McKee’ at Fox Studio. He returned to Poland in 2004, where he became known for his distinct and unique style for the television commercial industry, and was awarded a special KRETURA award his Spot TRAM commercial. He is now a well recognised as a commercial director in Poland.


Ivana Bilkova
director of Czech Tourism Office in Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. From 2002 to 2006 was a vice-minister of Ministry of Regional Development of Czech Republic. She is intrested in travels and cultures of other countries, has many favourites places in Poland which exprores already from seven years.


Olga Piekarzewska
Head specialist in the Department of Tourism, the Ministry of Sports and Tourism.

Ms. Piekarzewska has been tied to tourism since university, when she worked as a guide on international trips. Her first career steps had been made when she secured a job in the Bureau of Conferences and Mazurkas Travel Congresses. For the last 10 years, she is a worker in the Department of Tourism, the Ministry of Sports and Tourism where she leads cases related to conditions supporting the development of tourism from the structural funds of the European Union. She also takes up action with the goal of increasing the competitiveness of Polish products and touristic regions. Ms.Piekarzewska takes part in many contest committees like: the most interesting booth at the fair, agro tourism souvenir, rural tourism package.

Tourism is not the only thing that’s close to her as a proactive function, but it is also her passion. She believes that the best way to compete with competitiveness Is the promotion of Poland not only on the Polish but as well as the international market. Her favorite way of promotion – film! Film is an undeniable creative outlet that, thanks to the author, can be changed from the promotion of the country, city, district, and community to a document about travel that shows history, traditions, religion, and culture. Its range to different groups recipients is remarkable and what constantly charms us is the magic of cinema.

Joanna Tryniszewska
journalist, television presenter, editor of news programmes. Collaborates with television since her studies . During twenty years of work in TVP Szczecin realized reportages, documentaries and cycle programmes representing Polish Television at national and international festivals. Her reportage Chora kategoria won a European Regional Television Contest Circom Regionale and received an award od president of Polish Television. Two productions  Stacja PRL and Metryka Goździkawere nominated to Grand Press Award nad represented TVP at festivals: Japan Prize in Tokio and INPUT. Tourist series Para w Polskę received main award of Polish Tourism Organization, a series dedicated to mathematics Nie udawaj Greka  won special award of Chancellor of Gdańsk University. Her reportage about renewable energy: The Blow of Energy won a Silver Dolphin at Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards 2012 and prize of Polish Wind Energy Association in IREW 2012 competition. All these productions were produced for nationwide broadcasting , as well as series dedicated to European Founds (Po sukces do Unii! i Potęga Funduszy) and a cycle of programmes about European Parliament Rue Wiertz 60  which by EP was recognized as the best production in this category.
Joanna Tryniszewska was awarded two times as Journalist of the Year by Journalist Association and Polish Chamber of Maritime Commerce.

Joanna Klimowska-Kronic
journalist and television editor of news programmes, author of reportages fot TVP Szczecin. For the tv reportage The Blow of Energy awarded Silver Dolphin at Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards 2012 and prize of Polish Wind Energy Association in IREW 2012 competition. In 2013 from Polish Chamber of Maritime Commerce received a title of the Journalist of the Year of Maritime Economy for a television series Wiatr od morza (Wind from the Sea). She was also an author of awarded by the president of Polish National Television tv cycle Od niedzieli do niedzieli (From Sunday to Sunday). Is a double prize-winner in competition of Television Production Agency for programme Paragon and Pośrednik. Till now she is an author of over 100 programmes, reportages and films.

Paulina Walczak-Matla
is a graduate from the University College of Teacher Education of the French Language in Warsaw as well as the Cultural and Communication Major at the Paris 8 University. She gained her international tourism experience at the Department of Press and PR in Atout, France – the French Agency of Touristic Development. Since April of 2012, she has been entrusted with the promotion of France as a touristic destination within the tourism branch and individual clients. Since April 2013, she has been the director of Tourism in Atout, France, who is responsible for the operation of the office in Poland.


Andrzej Łojko
Andrzej Łojko has been working actively in numerous artistic enterprises, contests and exhibitions, at home and abroad since the 70’s.

He worked as a photo-reporter, but his works were not limited to documents and reports. Andrzej now wants to show past times and life that photographers have never recorded in their pictures. Can you go back in time and document the past, including childhood memories?

Andrzej Łojko is known as the author of several exhibitions inspired by Renaissance and Baroque paintings. He also has great devotion to Polish traditions, “With Light and Shadow” 2005 and “No words” in 2006.

He doesn’t stop and moves on, showing viewers cultures and traditions of other countries: “European Musical Instruments” 2007; “Scenes of Old Polish and Ukrainian Villages” in Kiev, 2007; “Traditions” - Slovakian National Gallery, 2009; “Andersen’s Tales” - Belgium, 2009; “Poland - Holland” - Dom Polski, Amsterdam, 2009; "Slavic Costumes in Europe" - Warsaw National Museum of Ethnography, 2011; "Traditions and Artisans from Barcelos" - Barcelos, Portugal, 2010; Lisbona, 2012; Braga, 2013; “Traditions and Inspirations” at Płock Tourfilm Festival in 2010; Campulung-Muscel, Romania, 2011, Sigolsheim, France 2012, and in Berlin, Germany 2013.

Born in London, UK and resident in Madrid (Spain) is specialized in Corporate Communication and innovative tourism/cultural promotion.

Winner of Best Worldwide Tourism Film 2009, awarded by the Comité International des Festivals du Film Touristique (CIFFT), has over 70 international awards.

Technically, has developed wide-screen film formats involving multi camera set-ups, video time code applications and is also specialized in making stereoscopic 3D films.

Is presently involved in Tourism promotional projects on the international market and as an Audiovisual Communication Expert is invited to impart lectures at different forums. Is also a regular jury member at international Film & Video Festivals.

President of Filmservice International, an international network of informational film distributors in Europe and USA, Festival director of the world’s largest automotive film and multimedia Festival, “AutoVision” that takes place every two years on the occasion of the International Automobile Show (IAA) in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. Festival director of “Grand Prix Victoria” – the biggest informational film festival in the German speaking countries, taking place every two years in Vienna, Austria. Director of the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT) which includes the most important tourism film festivals around the world. Festival director of the “Festival of Festivals” which awards the Grand Prix CIFFT for the world-best tourism film in Vienna. Spomenka Saraga
Born in Zagreb, Croatia. Her home street was the same as JADRAN FILM´s (called European Hollywood at the time). She watched film making since she was a little girl, she met many actors and directors from the country and abroad, mostly Americans. After appearing as an extra in one movie, while studing she continue to work in JADRAN FILM on different position,. She had been permanently employed in JADRAN FILM for 28 years – at first as a bussines secretary, and finally as a Head of distribution department. For all the time she was also involved in making documentary and tourist films, the format she actually likes best.
After 30 years of working in film industry, she founded her own company BALDUČI FILM Ltd. which started successfully with several documentary films winning 15 international awards during the first two years of existence (Silver Screan Awards in LA, Das golden Stadttor in Berlin, The best Camera Awards in Romania, The best Original Score Awards in Veliko Gradište, Mention Grand Prix Cifft in Vienna, The best Tourism film in Croatia, and several more) Besides producing, she is also involved lately in directing, mostly of tourism films.
Is present time as Festival Director she works in organisation on a new project - ZAGREB TOURFILM FESTIVAL in Croatia.
